We track both positive and negative conduct and the word "Infraction" doesn't work for that. We would like the ability to rename add an infraction to add a Report.
This is a pretty old suggestion but I'm not seeing that it has been addressed? We would like to use the "infractions" section for behavior or events that need to be reported to parents. We use "Incident reports" currently and I would appreciate being able to change the title to that in Blackbaud as "infractions" definitely has a negative feel that is not always appropriate.
Surprising this only has a few votes. We should recognize students for positive behavior. Using only a negative word like "infractions" really needs to be evaluated in order to report ALL conduct on our students.
We concur. If we could either change the title of Infraction to Conduct or create a second button that can be used to recognize positive "events," we would be very appreciative.
YES!!!! The word Infraction is educationally unsound. Our students are good people and only allowing tracking of infractions does not allow us to recognize the majority of their outstanding and exemplary citizenship. Please change to Incident , Occurrence, or something else neutral. In fact, conduct does carry a negative connotation. Please change to Conduct to Citizenship or Community mindedness!

I agree, has there been an reaction to this request? We would call them "slips" if we could, but I like "events" too.
