When printing a learning profile, the 'Date Created' field needs to be the 'Active Date' or otherwise editable

This field currently defaults to the date the Learning Profile was attached, or if it needs approval, then it defaults to the date the learning profile was approved.

 

When using a learning profile document in an official capacity, it may be rejected if it is more than a year old. Currently, the only way to change this field is to completely re-create/ re-attach a new version of the same learning profile.

 

The ability to edit, hide, or otherwise alter this date (or have it reflect the 'Active Date', which can be edited through onRecord> Approval> Learning Profiles) would be immensely useful.

    In addition, the ability to toggle the filed of date created on and off for a learning profile form, or to toggle the potential (Active Date/ Inactive Date) files would prove useful, and give schools more control over their information.
