yes please!

I would like parents to be able to edit some areas of the Medical tab, but with a push notification to the nurse anytime there was a change, or perhaps a dashboard highlight -- but there would need to be a way to make sure we caught all changes that parents make in a timely way.  

Also, in the Medical Summary section, I would NOT want parents to be able to check off the General Information items -- Medical form recieved, Wants school insurance, Insurance card on file and Permission to Treat. These items should be reserved for the nurse to indicate and approve.
