This is our first year with an integration with Magnus Health Forms and onRecord.

Student schedules are set to be released this Friday, but we do not want to release schedules for anyone who has not completed their Magnus Health Forms.

With over 200 students currently in this position, in order for us to disable their access to Blackbaud, we will need to manually lock not only each student, but their parents as well.

It would be extremely helpful if the integration between the two systems could recognize those students listed as "Non-Compliant" in Magnus and automatically disable or lock their access in onRecord / Blackbaud. The same would be true for parents of these students. When they became compliant in Magnus, their onRecord account would then be enabled or unlocked.
