I would like to be able to accept/override forms that parents are having a hard time submitting. Sometimes the fields get"stuck" when parents change their minds and try to correct something, sometimes the dates overlap, sometimes a state gets stuck in the Province field, any number of coded errors can hang up the form and make it unsubmittable. This is very frustrating to parents and there is nothing I can do to help them. The information looks correct on the form and I can not manually accept. I have parents who have printed their screens and tried to send it to me as a pdf in desperation. PLEASE let me accept a form manually!
