We are in Florida, and Florida is not a Province. If parents list a state in the Province field, that field remains filled even when they choose United State as the country and the Province field disappears from their view. Parents are then unable to submit the form and they do not receive any indication of where the error is. Instead of asking for their permission to use their parent log-in, or walking them through the steps, (choose Canada as your country, then clear the Province field, then choose the United States again) it would be much simpler, and would make us appear much more together, if we could just make that small correction ourselves so that the form submits. MANY of our families had this problem last summer, and new families during this year.
