Advisors needs to be able to manage their advisees attendance issues. A high level report, like Absence Analysis - By Student and Section, that would show only the Advisees would be ideal. They need to see all the absences in a given time frame, and ideally, enjoy the filters for threshold values (show if more than 5 absences). I was shocked this didn't already exist. 

If moving into smartlists- then access to see only their advisees (similar to conduct) should be given.
