Currently, this list is only available to grading managers. Our school has multiple athletic directors that use this list and we have to always create an advisory group and make the athletic directors grading managers so that they can see the list. I tried individual tasks but none would allow them to see the gradebook grades list without seeing the report card builder and transcript builder. As athletic directors, they only need to see gradebook grades list so they can keep an eye on students whose grades drop below 70%.
