Ability to rename all attendance types.

Currently, the Absent - No Excuse type (and maybe the Attended Class type - although it seems to let me change this one) are "hard-coded" and cannot be renamed. This seems odd for one, but is very frustrating when you can change all the others. Please consider changing the code, so that all can be renamed.

      We should be able to delete an unwanted attendance reason after we've moved all the entries to a different reason. Deleted attendance should not keep us from inactivating a reason or entering a snow day or early closing on the daily schedule. Attendance should not be hard coded.

      Our school does not delineate between excused and unexcused absences. Since our switch to Blackbaud, the default that cannot be changed is "Absent - Unexcused". Now, I have to waste time explaining to parents and students why their child's absence isn't actually unexcused, it's just that our new system (Blackbaud) isn't flexible enough to do what we want it to.

      I would like to be able to disable its use or make it unavailable to faculty.
