HELP! Depression / Suicide alerts

We are looking for ways to academic struggling that might be signs of student depression. This is a suicide / self harm issue. We really need a solution. Grades and absenteeism are strong indicators

We enter all student grades into Blackbaud for report cards, etc. When these cradles are entered, or maybe that night during a scheduled event, can Blackbaud send email alerts for "abnormal" grades? Ex: Let's say there is a student who is a "straight A" learner, and unexpectedly earns a C or D. This should trigger an email to the principal, the teacher, and the parent. Is this possible?

Likewise, when repeat absenteeism or tardiness occurs, can the principal get an alert?

And an annonymous tip line would be very useful too - not just for this, but also for shooting/threats, bullying, drug use, etc.

Thanks.
