The meeting times and rotation tabs should be combined in schedule outline

The meeting times system in schedule outline works fine. But when you go to set the rotation it populates the list with the largest number of meeting times on any one day. You then have to constantly switch back and forth to remember whether that time is meeting time 4 or meeting time 8 depending on day. I feel like these views could be combined so that the place to select the block is show next to the time it would occur.

    Cannot believe this isn't upvoted more. I am so confused why the block names and meeting times can't be available on the same screen. I have to print the "meeting time report" and associate blocks with a pencil, and then go do the data entry separately. Seems like a big opportunity for error that could be easily improved.
