Publish school forms by time as well as date.

Currently we can only schedule school forms to publish by date. Need to be able to publish by date and time.

    I agree! We would like for some School Forms to go LIVE after an assembly, so a specific time field would be highly beneficial. This functionality lives in other products on the platform.

    Date and time for report cards already exists - this should be possible for form and group publishing.
