Hello Blackbaud,

We are currently using Blackbaud SIS at our school and would like to request a feature that allows us to control who can send mass notifications to all Blackbaud users. At present, the only options available are to either disable mass communication for everyone or allow it for all, which is not ideal.

Our main concern is that some students have misused this feature to send inappropriate messages to the entire user base. Although we can manage the situation by deleting these messages, we would prefer to have better control over who is permitted to send mass communications. Specifically, we would like to grant mass communication access to all teachers while restricting it for certain students.
