Ability to have multiple access dates in an Assessment Report Card
In a Standard Report Card, you can set access dates for each term that you add grades in for. I would like to be able to do this for Assessment Report cards as well. Currently there is only one view date, so with either need to create multiple assessment report cards for each term, or we need to adjust the date back to a later date so that parents cannot view grades as teachers are adding them.

This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release.
Related ideas
If you don't go in and change the access date for the next grading period, as soon as comments are put in the parents will see without any way of reviewing. There needs to be some type of "post date" in order for the grades to show on report cards like there is in FAWeb.
This would be a great thing to have because if we don't remember to change the date each trimester, we end up with phone calls from parents who can't see the data.
