The system won't allow us to set a choice of pre-requisites (we can't set more than one and choose "any") unless we enter a number for max requests. 

The number of requests for a course and the prerequisites for that course have nothing to do with each other.

Please allow us to set prerequisites regardless of the value entered (or not entered) for max requests.
