As part of the master rollover we have the option to copy over report cards.  This work well for our High School, Middle and Primary schools because they use either Standard or Assessment Type report cards.    However, copying during the rollover doesn't work well for our Elementary School because those report cards are Hybrids mixing standard and assessment grading.  The main issue with the rollover is that the "additional grades" do not copy over and need to be completely reconfigured.  If there was only a hand full of skills each marking period this wouldn't be too bad but we have a lot of skills that need to be reconfigured.  Doing this manually is a cumbersome task that introduces a high potential for reconfiguration errors.
