We would love to be able to print student grid schedules as they look in My Day!

Currently, we print class schedules for students using the reports Student Schedule - By Day Name [Grid], or just Student Schedule - By Day Name. Because we have multiple sets of meeting times for each week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday have one set of meeting times, which are different than the Thursday or the Friday meeting times), we end up with a grid schedule that is very confusing for students. It would be great to print a more classic looking schedule, like what students can see when they use the Week View in the My Day schedule.  Thank you!

This is probably one of THE biggest complaints from our Middle School. Print it by block rather than by time. The list view isn't as easy for the younger MS kids to read.

AND the report formatting should be editable so that we can print student and teacher schedules on one page only. (currently a 2-week student schedule prints out on 4 pages). I also like Brita Stewart's suggestion.

I think these ideas should be combined

    Thanks.

We would like the option to print the grid so that it has the meeting time of the period inside the block rather than on the left.

This was a feature that we valued and utilized almost daily when we were with PowerSchool.  I hope this is an enhancement BB chooses to implement to improve the user experience.
