Ability to print out contact card for students.

We need a hard copy record in case of emergency when the computers may be down that includes: the student's photo, parent contact info, and emergency contact info.

    We too need the ability to print out the contact card. Our nurse and front office need to have offline access to this information without requiring the parents to complete the paperwork a second time.

    ALSO! We need this to be condensed onto 2 pages, so that only one sheet of paper is used. Currently, I can print the card from the browser, but the 3-page result is the problem. Thank you! 

    The current Emergency Contact by Role Report is helpful but does not include the picture and requires editing the emergency contact info in a less distinct parent vs. emergency contact way.
