Allow Master Schedule to be changed after attendance is taken

We pre-load attendance for field trips, etc. and are unable to change the Master Schedule to a Special Day if something changes at the last minute (delays due to weather, special assemblies, etc.)

    All schools change schedules throughout the year.  We should be able to make the change on the master schedule to reflect the correct schedule even if attendance was taken.

    I would also like to change the schedule rotation in the middle of a term staring on a certain day.
