Expand text limit for text boxes within Transcript Builder

The text we want to use for the Cumulative GPA on our transcripts will not fit in the box provided. I'm told it is because the size of the field box is hard coded and cannot be expanded at this time. Please consider expanding the box to hold at least 25 characters.

    This has been implemented with the 7/24/19 release for Student Information System in the new Transcript Builder.
