Applying fees to multiple families

When applying fees to all an entire grader under Manage Families, it would be helpful to choose the fee  for instance 1st Grade Field Trips and then a drop down added so we could give additional description of where the field trip was to.  Instead, I have to go into each student's account and enter the fee so I can put the description in the 'Enter Reason for Updating the Billing Details' box.
