Add Rich Text Options to School Forms

We have a number of forms that bold certain pieces of text and have bulleted or numbed lists. However these are not currently possible in the "Text" element in school forms. Please add rich text options to the "Text" element.

Add the Form Field option to Permission/Acknowledgement Forms

I would like to suggest that you consider adding the form field option to permission/acknowledgement forms. Without this option, we have to select the blank form option.

School Forms - Blank Form

Can you please change the Type name of 'Blank Form' to 'Custom Form' or something else. When it shows up as 'Blank Form' in a parent 'Files' it looks confusing and weird labelled as such.

Get rid of Country and Province as "locked" and required fields in the application form template.

We see no reason that this has to be required field. It makes us seem out of touch by asking our clientele which all reside in the US, to fill in which province they reside in.
