It would be great if from the list of even attendees there could be a button to send an official note to the group instead of having to enter the students names one by one.
All the information is there in the list, so if we just click a button to send a follow up that would be awesome! Just a thought0

EMS Note Type on Parent Portal View
Please remove "note type" from being displayed on the parent portal and only display the subject of the note. The parent does not need to see how the schools organize the notes. -
