Input letters such as M or X that do or do not reflect 0's in the grade book respectively
Some teachers would like to input an M into their grade book to denote missing assignments and have it calculate as a 0. Likewise, they would like to input an X to denote an exempt assignment and waive the grade altogether.1 Implemented

I want to Click on the empty gradebook box for a students assigments and it takes me to the submission assignment page to see submitted or late work. As it is, i am in gradebook and notice a missing grade. I must blackout, open assignments, select all year and search for the assigments, open it and search for the student. If i am in gradebook on a students line of grades and click on the box it should take me to that students assigments so i can grade it. one click.

In the gradebook view, when I click on an S for submitted assignment or click the assignment title at the top of the column, it would be helpful if it was a link to the actual assignment so I can grade it immediately.
This would function similar to how the "Missing Assignment" list for students generates links to the actual assignment so they can complete it. This would help teachers with grading late assignments so we could immediately access the item we need ...2 Implemented

Percentages toggle in the gradebook and RAG coloring.
