Change Nickname to Preferred Name in Profile

Users would be able to identify a preferred name if different than legal name. Makes it more inclusive with students who are non-binary.

Make bulk upload of emails simple

We have to have a simpler way to update emails in bulk. When new students come in they create accounts, however when they are enrolled they get a school email address. We should be able to do a simple student ID match and update on email field.
