Add the ability to generate a report or list of users who have a bulk/misc file associated with the user record. There is currently now way to access this information.

It would be helpful to see assignments contributing to an overall score in Mastery Overview (CBE grading) when clicking the score.
Teachers often need to quickly see what assignments contributed to an overall Mastery score. The ability to click on the score and see all of the assignments associated would be helpful.2

That a graded assignment doesn't prohibit resubmission if the teacher allows resubmission
Some of our teachers would like to grade a submitted assignment but then allow resubmission. Apparently the system does not allow resubmission if there is a value or label of any kind on this assignment.1
