Report called "Roster Mailing List" needs to show wireless number.

Don't allow "Collected" and "Missing" in the gradebook simultaneously
It doesn't make sense to indicate to a student that an assignment is both collected and simultaneously missing. Those terms are mutually exclusive, and it should not be possible for both to be true in the gradebook.0

Conducts Managers Notifications Seperated by Gender
