School Forms: Allow more characters in the checkbox form field

You are limited on the number of characters in the form field checkbox. I would like to see this increased. Often times, when I enter my checkbox items my text gets cut off because of the character restriction.

Add additional cell phone carriers

Different countries don't have the same carriers as the US. We need to have options for these carriers, such as Vodaphone, so users can use the system correctly.

Add Admin View Only Field to Worklist Filter or at least as a column choice

I would like to see the Admin View Only Fields added as a worklist filter so we can easily identify students we have coded a certain way. If that's not possible, please make the Admin View Only Fields accessible as a column choice in worklists.
