Grades should transfer with students during schedule changes

New grading screen bring back the Tab key functionality
In the new grading screen that was rolled out this past fall, the ability to navigate between columns was changed so that the Tab key no longer moves the cursor across on a screen. This is lost functionality and should be added back in.0
