Billing Management only allows records set as student (incoming, current, alumni) type, not staff or organization records. Our billing clients are not only students and parents, but also staff and organizations. We need to process charges and credits/payments for staff (café, events etc.) and organizations (facility rental, athletic fees etc.). The system should be able to handle different record types for billing purpose.
It would be so helpful to be able to add a detailed charge to staff only who do not have students in the organization.
