After parents log in, check Billing tab, they see Current bill and Statements options. The current default display under Current bill is Current statement period. Can this be changed to "Last 30 days", same as the display under Activity tab of a biller's profile? The reason for this is that there may not be transactions processed during current statement period yet. Parents see blank and think there're errors. The account balance or amount due is based on previous transactions. For example, today is December 9, 2022, all November transactions are processed for the month of November (previous statement period). December transactions have not been processed and therefore nothing show for current statement period. With "Last 30 days" default, it's more convenient for parents to view transaction details and cause less confusion. This will be the case with Statements too.
What's the system cutoff date for parent view? Previously, it was set as "today". So any post-dated transactions will not display. But this is changed. For example, today is December 9, 2022, a charge is dated December 15, 2022 and due January 31, 2023. This charge shows under Current statement period and is included in the account balance and amount due on December 31, 2022. This is not correct. Parents should not view post-dated transactions with due date in future months.
