While identifying who paid is an important field, it should not be a required field. Making this a required field means we have to add these details to the excel file when doing a batch import.

Furthermore, in most cases, who is the payer is not important/relevant. We have parents, grandparents, businesses, estates, etc. making the payment. It's tedious to either select them or add third-party payer details for all of these options.
