Right now payment methods saved by parents can only be used for manual one-time payments. This majorly limits their usefulness.

It also confuses parents who think they already have a payment method set up, and ask us why we can't set up autopay for them using it. Ultimately discourages them from logging in, signing up for autopay, etc.
