Add notes section to Enrollment Deposit

Some families have unusual payment methods for the enrollment deposit and a notes section will help make that clear. There may be a credit already on the account that was applied. They may have submitted payment through merchant services but it failed and then they brought in a check 2 weeks later. There needs to be a space where we can make notes or keep track of the initial payment for record keeping since it is separate from tuition for many of us.
