I am a new scheduler and have discovered the Conflict Matrix pulls requests from deactivated students who made course requests prior to leaving. This has flooded my conflict matrix with 'ghost students' and has required me to manually verify each conflict to see if it is real. The solution was to manually purge all requests from deactivated students.

Blackbaud Support informed me 'that's just how it works right now' and directed me here. Please make it so Blackbaud's Conflict Matrix does NOT pull deactivated student requests.
