Font size and type has ALWAYS been an issue in BB products. And now with the new ON suite, you can't choose font and font size in the comment field for report cards. If teachers cut and paste, it shows up tiny in the field so you can't review it and it more often than not, shows up as smaller or bigger on report cards. Even if the font is designated as Times New Roman 12pt in the HTML editor function of the comment field, I still have it printing in different sizes on report cards. Seems like a basic issue that should be easily resolved.
