Only allow Current Teachers to See Student Files

In User Files, when giving access to roles, I would like access to only be open when users with those roles are associated with that student (student's advisor, teacher, etc.). Privacy is important, and I do not want to open up access for everyone with the role, only those that are associated with the student whose files the user is trying to see.

      Agree this is needed.  Our privacy and data security policy dictates that only users with a need to view data have access to it.  We currently upload IOWA test scores taken in 2nd - 8th grade.   It would be great to have a "Teacher of student" option, so teachers have access to the current scores and past scores of the student only during the time the student is enrolled in a section they teach.

      Ideally this should have the same kind of granularity that the report card access system allows.
