For the Bulk Photo Upload, please add error reporting

If your filename contains a dash or apostrophe, the upload will just say loading. It would be nice to have an error report showing the files that are in error.

    We have added the capability to handle special characters! And our upload process should be clearer about errors. Thanks for the idea!
