Add button for is there second parent in household 1 Merged

We have many families whose spouses have passed away, or they are single parents, so we want to be very sensitive! However, if there are two parents in household, we want to be able to require and capture that information on the application!

    This was a huge impact on our admission process as we require two signatures on our contracts and forms. and not having the second parent/guardian fields mandatory allowed families to bypass this information. This then involved many hours chasing families for emails and second parent information to have this completed.

    A better option could be have Second parent/guardian mandatory and if there is no second parent/guardian then have a Non applicable button that would allow them to skip to next section of the the application.

    Essential enhancement! Often, we are missing critical data because we cannot require fields for the second parent in the HH. Please deliver this enhancement! Happy to be a beta tester!
