Make 2nd Parent in a Household Fields Responsive (Build Logic) on Application
After 1st parent parent information is entered for a household, add a question that says, "Is there a 2nd parent in this household?" (Y/N). If no, no other fields pop up. If Yes, all 2nd parent info fields pop up.

I would go a step further and ask:
Is there a 2nd parent (Y/N)
If Y, "is the 2nd parent in this household" (Y/N)
I would like to require info for parent 2 (if one exists). We don't always get all the info we need for parent 2 - whether or not they live in the home.
