Attendance Summary Report by Days Missed
We need the ability to run an Attendance Summary report to determine the total number of days a student has been absent or tardy. There is a "Absence Analysis Summary - By Level" and a "Absence Analysis Summary" report that both work when your attendance is taken daily but not by period. We do attendance by period where there are 9 periods in 1 day. Therefore, the current reports will show 9 absences for us, even if the student was only absent for 1 day.

We need the same solution for report cards. Using the option “sum of units” does not give an accurate result based on per period attendance.
