Allow Mastery Grading on Graded Assessments and Discussions

Since our teachers use Mastery for all grading in their class (not Mastery and Total Score) it would be good if they could do Mastery evaluation on a Graded Discussion or Assessment.

    I just started using competency based grading, and was surprised and slightly annoyed that I couldn't give my students their mastery levels that they demonstrated on their assessment. I am going to have to make a 2nd assignment just to record their mastery levels.

    We need the ability to use Mastery grading for all grading in class. Since we do not plan to use Mastery + Total Score, we need the Mastery grading option for assessments and discussions.
