We had a scenario where we attempted to send a Blackbaud ID invite from Core, but it never arrived. After starting a chat with support, we learned that the email address had been flagged as "bad" when a push page failed to send at an earlier date. My idea is that an email address flagged as bad should trigger a popup warning when an attempt is made to send it a BBID invitation.
