When creating a student checklist, archived forms are able to be selected on the dropdown. If a form is archived, by definition it should not be used, so there is no practical reason for it to be visible. As things currently stand, there is no functional difference between a form that is inactive and a form that is archived, and only by deleting a form will it be removed from the dropdown menu.
Agreed. We create new checklists and forms each year and so the dropdown list is getting long. We have had to resort to adding the school year to the end of each form to know which form is the correct one for the current year.
