There needs to be an easier way for parents to publish and unpublish their contact information. We do not give our student and parents access to set their own directory settings for a few reasons...
Students were completely removing themselves from our directory.
The steps to unpublish information to the various constituents is not intuitive or easy.
Our old system had an "unlist" checkbox next to each piece of contact information for the parents to use. This was very easy and intuitive. I would love to see that in this system.
