Privacy settings on shared addresses and home phone numbers require multiple users' concerted efforts

When a parent updates their privacy settings to e.g. hide the home address from directories accessible to Parents, if this address is shared with their spouse the spouse's privacy settings remain unchanged. So the address is impossible to hide unless both parents update their privacy settings. It should be that the privacy choices made by one of the parents, or an admin, propagate to the privacy choices of all other people who share the address. This could be similar to how address changes are handled - the system warns that the address is shared and asks if changes should affect other people's address, or become unshared. Home phone numbers are typically shared as well, for the people at the same address, so privacy settings for home phone numbers would best propagate for all people who have this number.
