Put holds on student accounts

I would like to be able to put holds on student accounts that prevents them from logging in - and tells them why their accounts are on hold, and how to fix this.

Currently, accounts can be disabled - but there's nothing to tell the user WHY the account was disabled.

Seems logical and reasonable to have a notification appear to the user notifying them why there is a hold on the account.

We agree, and we spend a lot of time investigating each disabled user.  In onBoard, a candidate can have an inactivate reason.  We would like to see something similar on the Access tab of the user's record in Core.  It would be useful for determining whether a user has withdrawn enrollment, had a financial hold, did not complete the Admission process, etc.

Then, if the login page could display corresponding "Login Disabled" messages when the user tried to log in, that would send the person in the right direction for help.
