This is much needed!! When doing Contracts, I can only send official notes to families who are Candidates, not Incoming Students or Students. It is incredibly frustrating, because we must manually follow up with families who have not completed their contracts, rather than sending all incompletes an Official Note instead.

The problem with "Enrollment Management" is that it's also Re-Enrollment management. But it's only built for candidates, not for current students. This disconnect needs to be remedied, on a foundation level. Even after adding the current year as an entering year for all current students, which turns on their candidate tabs and fields, I still cannot send them an official note.through Enrollment Management.

I don't know how this has not been implemented yet. It is a huge issue in our admission's office. We want to send official notes to students, not just candidates.

With the advent of the 'Student Checklists' for re-enrolling students, this has become doubly relevant. Please strongly consider adding this feature.

I agree. We should be able to, and enrollment management,  send official notes to current student. Especially when those students are re-enrolling for the next year.  We can no longer communicate through OnBoard, as enrollment management,  with families once they become students. This seems like a big issue.
