Add User don't log option when processing inquiries

At this moment the candidate's email is required when you process an inquiry, most of toddler candidates don't have an email. We need to add a "these users don't log in" option to bypass the requirement

Hi There, I would encourage you to reach out to support for some help with this. Your parents should either be completing an inquiry form or creating an account and going straight to the application, they should not be doing both. Support can help with the set up to make it easier for you from this perspective.

You are correct Sarah, you do not have to enter an email for the login however, it is a requirement of the Inquiry form so that the admissions team will be able to communicate with the parent. But as I said when the parent tries to create an account to complete the application they get error message saying the email is associated with another account. How do we keep the contact info with the child until an application is submitted without the system thinking they are going to login with it thus denying the parent the ability to create an account? I have screenshots if you want to see them.

Maybe my issue has been placed in the wrong idea but this one was the closest to what we were experiencing and have not found a solution for.

Hi Doily, when processing inquiries, we give you the option of adding an email address, but it isn't required. If you're seeing something else, please contact support.

    Thank you,

And if a parent puts their emai address in for the student, then when a parent goes to create an account to complete an application they get a message that the email account is already associated with another user. To avoid this, we have to manually remove the email address from all candidates. This option would be AWESOME! and save a lot of time.
