Do not require a candidate email address

Currently when filling out the event form, it asks for the candidates emails. Most of our candidates are children who do not have emails so the parents will use there own email. You can't process the form with duplicate emails, therefore I have to enter a "dummy" email to process the form. After that the "dummy" email resides in enrollment managment as their email so I have to delete it and it resides in Core as their login email which also has to be deleted.

    On an Event Management Form, you can set the Email field on the Candidate block to Hide and the form will not have the email field for the Candidate.
